How bad would i lose if i raced a Bone Stock 97 Cobra?

He'll get you by at least 2 cars in the 1/4, drivers being equal....

 

don't the 99-04 GT's run low 14's, and the 96-98 cobras run high 13's? with his mods it wouldn't be possible he'd keep up with the cobra? unless of course i'm wrong on the cobras 1/4th mile time

 

So bad you wish you'd had vtec.

 

Those 1/4 times are about right. With two equal drivers, you'll lose, even with your mods. But if you're a little better than average and the other guy is a bit worse then you'll have yourself a race.

I think it also depends on what kind of race your planning on running. If you're racing from a roll on the highway, you're gonna be a lot worse off than if you're racing from a dig.
