ET wise an LS1 GTO will run mid 13s.... As far as being 'underrated' the LS1 GTO was rated dead on. Think about the difference in weight vs 1/4 resultsand the rwhp of a GTO/F-body and Y-body and it's obvious there was nothing off about the GTO power rating.
