still not in the 'ru, but a race is a race i guess. i was riding shotgun in my friendgirls '04 solara (equipped with a few TRD parts) coming from the pool hall. in front of us, there is a very loud civic (92-95) and a somewhat quieter integra. both had body kits and wheels, not to mention big mufflers. well, the integra turns and the civic is still travelling in our general direction. we make the turn trying to get to the bowling alley, but the civic stays directly in front of us revving up. in my best attempt to be funny, i tell her in my vin diesel voice..."smoke 'em". she gets up next to him and the kid puncches it. wow. i was angry for wasting her gas. we pulled a few car lenghts on him before she shut down. the guy looked so pissed about losing to a girl in a solara. he just started revving like mad. then a ~92 accord tries the same...weaksauce my friends.

p.s. subie stories are on the horizon. the specialist will be looking her over today.

Don't know what it is about revving the crap out of a 4banger...
But I was at work the other day and noticed some guy pushing his truck up over this ramp to the gas station.
So I ran down the walkway and called my friend to come help push.
Then this civic pulls up with a big ole can of farts and a messican or two pops out and gives us a hand pushing it to the gas station.
All while the driver of the civic just LAYED on the gas of his car...
Bouncing off the rev limiter for like 10+seconds at a time only to drop the rpms, then do it again...
This went on for a good 5 mins straight, was friggin annoying as hell but i didn't say a word.
None of them spoke english so they give the "Thanks" wave and I get back to work.

Just thought i'd share another annoying 4banger story [:'(]

with stage 2 accessport, he should pull about a 13.3. we lay down about 235awhp at stage 2. thats 60hp up from stock.
