thisis a friend that i sell products to (im a salesman) i got to the office and i see him picking up some stuff so i went just joking are you ready and he replied knowing what i was reffering to and with a big smile yes so we line up right outside the office. from a dead stop up to 80,1st gear im ahead half a car up to 3rd gear cause traffic light was coming, his from bumper couldnt passthe driver door, he wants a rematch.
--my mods( v2 s/c only 5psi im doing a power pipe tomorrow thats suppose to give me 2 more lbs of boost, 3.73 gears, short shifter, complete borla exhaust, bbk springs, 275-40-17 rw, 245-45-17 fw.

those lightning have a nice s/c system i could hear the s/c even with the windows up.

 

You are doing something wrong, when I was bone stock I only got beat by 2 lengths by a lightning, if that. With boost you should smoke them...

like i said this was a short race we had to stop for a traffic light, the boost didnt even kicked in, i know i can smoke him, all im saying is that lightning are no slow, they r nice little trucks.i still have to tune the car up once i do the power pipe ill tune the car.

 

yeah dude lied about his mods....I raced an 01L with my LT1 and everytime my nose was at his truck door by ~100mph from a dig. I think we ran about 4 times total.
