Default Non-Rice Civic

not all hondas are rice. i saw someone this evening walking to his car, had a civic. bright blue (dunno the shade) with a full body kit and lowered, cai, ignition, ignition wires, catback (not fartcan), beemer style wheels, didnt catch the brand, and low profile tires. he had tint and some appearance but no stickers or ricey wings.he told me all he did to it and i showed him my stang, no race though- bad weather and bad traffic and its about to snow over here.

I like that. My neighbor has a 9 sec supra. It's a 95 tt. He dropped the 2 turbos and added a huge one 4". I think its a t5. He spent 20K on the engine and he has a 150 direct port injection nitrous. The sweet part is its an automatic and completly a sleeper. He has no apperance mods not even a aftermarket radio. Well he does have the biggest fart pipe iv'e seen but he needs it because hes pushing so much power.

a civic, lowered, rims, body kit, with a cold air, muffler, and plug wires...? it all depends on your definition of rice i suppose, to me, thats rice.

As much as a hate honda, a gotta disagree with you a little dc, just look at what a lot of us who own mustangs do, we lower our cars, and almost everyone up here has CAI, mufflers a definete, and hey aftermarket ignition. Oh cobra R body kits, saleen body kits, rims, you get my drift. If this is rice, then we would be rice, To me it all depends on the body kit, the size of the WING, how loud the mufflers are, and of course all the stickers that add horsepower, now that stuff is rice.

Yea I understand that , i was just trying to be a little more specific. Actually i think there is more rice looking body kits for mustangs out now then decent ones. I have a friend who has a 99v6, with that ghetto looking blackwidow body kit "sorry if i offend anyone" actually no i am not. Then has true dual exhaust with this huge tips and it just sounds horrible like a weed eater or something, then he has those huge mustang horses on each side of the car we joke and tell him that each horse adds 1 horse power. I know corny. But i get your point on that thought.

that-a-way to show off your ignorance. all v6 stangs arent rice. mine isnt, my brother's isnt, my cousin's isnt... im trying to be the openminded nice guy who gives imports a chance. i have respect for people, no matter the engine size, who care about and cherish their possesions. if you do a lot more apearance mods than performance mods, you deserve the label rice, but it isnt rice to have a nice looking car that performs.

You gotta understand that most of these guys up here are not into imports, not trying to stereotype here but most people who drive imports have caused them to be hated a-lot, they rev thier engine at everything, they think they are faster than every thing, i agree there are some nice body kits that don't go to crazy for imports, if you go all out with the huge wing then it's just gay, I think we all respect the ability for some of these cars to go fast but when they go bragging about beating a stock mustang, camaro, whatever with they beat it is annoying, and they don't understand that if most of us put the amount of money they put in our engines we would kill them. I my-self love VW's "VolksWagon" i think they have some great cars and a lot of the body kits for them aren't to weird looking. If you want to see some go to mattcrane.net and see our video, anyways back to the subject, hey no one ever said all V-6 mustangs are rice,.
