240@4800 well, add that underestimate of 25hp= 265@4800
i am sitting at 286@4500. so if he was stick, he should have beaten me because i dont get to 4500 until 2nd. damn do i need a conversion.

All real Cobra's are 5speed. The 94-95 Cobra made similiar power to a stock New Edge, hence the similiar 1/4 mile times. The Cobra would to geared 3.08 and the New Edge 3.27.
Does your trans. shift before redline? If so, then that is a serious performance hinderance.

All real Cobra's are 5speed. The 94-95 Cobra made similiar power to a stock New Edge, hence the similiar 1/4 mile times. The Cobra would to geared 3.08 and the New Edge 3.27.

I am not willing to bet $ on it, but I always thought 93 Cobra ?, 94-95 Cobras were 3.08, 96-96 Cobra's were 3.27, 99-01 were 3.55?, 03-04 Cobra's 3.55, and the GT500 are 3.31.

Am I missing something, how do you increase over 100hp at the wheels with the mods in your sig?
