I was watching all the videos that have 03-04 cobras ,gto's and c5's racing and these 3 cars are reeeeeaallly close. GTO's are close to 13 flat, cobra's are about 12.8/9 and the vette seems to be doin 12.7.I think with perect drivers the it will between the cobra and vette.

Um I my group has a bone stock GTO, heds/cams intake Exhaust c5, and a pully,intake, pully, exhaust, intercooled chiped 03 cobra.
Cobra DESTROYS both, no contest, c5 takes gto by about 2 cars
ls2 GTO btw

12.7 in a base C5 is stretching it a bit.....Maybe you mean a C5Z?

Buddy of mine ran a 12.7 @ 109mph in a bone stock C5 (2003) a few weeks back...its hardly a stretch.

Alot of the C5s and C6s out there are automatics..the manual C5s dip into the 12s quite often.
