ha on my way home from work a 4th gen vw gti tried to give me a run i hit 140 km/h in second gear and thats when i decided i won seeing as how he was about 5 car lengths behind me, anyways i went from 2nd to 4th seeing as how i was going fast enough haha and i slowed back down to highway speeds and he went flying by me like i was still racing and at the next lights he was laughing thinking he beat me haha

 

those ricers tend to do that. Good kill man. Keep ramping of the street cred dude. GTI's are quick, but not that fast. I'v had that happen to me where I would put 3-4 or more lengths on a GTI and the guy passed me do what I thought was about 120 after I slowed down to 55. He put on his flashers after he passed me and slowed down and nodded. I nodded and floored it, he floored it too, and I murdered him. Stupid people out there man.

 

What does your LX run? I've seen some fast 1.8T's before.

 

I wanna run a chipped one. Im curious to see how they do. I already ran a chipped & CAI GLI and killed it pretty good.

On my town there's a few kids with GTIs but they know their place, they respect us faster guys, they complement me on the stang when they see me (I know a few GTI guys). They are pretty cool dudes. Now the Civic SI crowd is just annoying as fck. There's a few that think they can take on everyone....There's a few SI buttwo are supposedly the 'fastest'...a red one and a poop-green/gray looking one...the gray one is the fastest between the two. He saw me hauling *** out of my block (late for work) and gave chase...I knew it the moment I took that curve pretty fast and saw him sitting there at the stop sign. In a moment of seconds...well. what do you know...I have this douche riding me ***. I couldnt even see his headlights, thats how close he was. Big mistake buddy. I put in first gear when I stopped to make a right on a traffic light...i left it in first cuz i knew the moment I made a right he was going to get on the other lane....I was hoping on doing the 3 honk process, but I was afraid of the inevitable...a ricer fly by . I knew this car was heavily modded so I didnt know whether it would be faster or just hard to catch up to if this happened...cant give the ricer the satisfaction of even seing me on his rearview mirror before passing him...so I punched it and immediately pulled on him by 3 or so cars at the end of 4th . He stayed [way] back, at least he respected the kill and didnt attempt a fly by.

watch out for some of those VW guys. im a little impartial considering i have a liking toVW's and have owned quite a few and still do own one and run with a lot of dubbers.VW's can beat mustangs.

 

just to add some knowledge to you. Volkswagen's aren't japanese, which means they are not ricers.

 

I've seen plenty of riced out VWs. Hell, I've seen riced out Mustangs too. Pretty much any car can be riced out, it just depends on who the owner is [8D]

 

Yeah ricer is a mentality, not an exclusive term for jap cars and their drivers. Heck, I have seen plenty of nice Jap imports that would not be considered "rice"

 

Civics can beat Mustangs too, anything can beat anything if you wanna. Just with more effort and consequences.
