Today I ran three short roll races from speeds of 25 -75 do to traffic congestion and lost all three but 2-3 car lengths each time. Is that a typical outcome of an new edge auto with my mods. The 350z is an 05, auto stock.

 

Now tell it again, but like a story!

 

I really don't want to write a detailed story about the death.I'm just trying tofind out if that is quite usual for new edge, autos to lose roll races like that to 350zs.

 

I'd say NO thats not usual. Z have mods? I know it's hard to tell if you dont know the driver. Something wrong with your car?

Damn it's a mystery then. I'm used to seeing 350z in the low to mid 14's around here. what kinda times do you run?

 

Didn't the 05 350Z's have a bit more power than the previous cars though?

EDIT: Ehhh....it looks like they're still in the low 14's stock with a 99-100 mph trap. But, the auto tranny is a 5 speed. Maybe that gave it the edge from a roll?

 

I have never been to the track, but my car is throwing a heated 02 slow response code.

i think you should have pulled maby a car on him....i had my girlfriends z out the other night and ran my friend with similar mods to you....we went from about a 25 or 30 roll - maby 90 and he put about a car on me....also went from a digg and he beat me by a car....it was a 5 speed tho no a auto
