I was out earlier today and young kid and his G/F pull up in a new S197. We were at a 3 way signal so the light was a bit long..he glances over and says "dude I knowthat thing pulls like crazy" I said yeah is pulls pretty hard. He was getting excited telling me what kind of engine I had, horsepower, curb weight and everything. He was a cool guy. His dumb G/F kepttelling him torace me. He was telling her to keep quiet, but she was cool too..So I gave him a wink and told him go for it..he kinda knew where I was leaning..light goes green, he punches it and I just stay close enough to him to make look like a race and then I let off a bit and let him pull away. His G/F was all happy and sh**. So I pull up at the next light and he says, "you didn't have to do that" I told him that I had a GT at home so there was no need to be a d***. We gave each other thumbs up and went our seperate ways...



Oh, later onI completely demolished a SRT8 Charger.....yep, no love for Dodge from me.

From what I could see, she was okay..nothing to write home about but i'd hit it.

 

That's pretty cool, showing some love for your slower counterpart. Usually the girlfriends are the ones telling the boyfriend not to race, thumbs up to her, even though she didn't realize that your car would embarass him thoroughly if you had wanted.

Got me laughing at the dodge comment, that was funny.
