I've had a few, was an EMT, went to Paramedic school, worked a bit as a mechanic in an auto repair shop, and the fun one was the oilfields on the HUGE natural gas engines and compressors. Nothing like changing a piston on an enginethat weights like4,000lbs....the piston weights that....but then what do you expect from an engine that puts out over 75,000ft-lbs of torque at 300rpm. Right now I work part time for an engine builder that mainly does street performance cars and race cars(local stuff, hobby stock dirt track etc). Going to school to get my CAD certification as well

 

Go to school in the day, work a temp job for Ford second shift, but I am only 19, so you probably dont want carrer advice from me.

I don't plan on going to school anytime soon. I'd had this job for like 2+years, and plan on moving up to a DSM, or something like that, start making the big bucks.

I own a closet company in two different states, and am currently taking a class to get my real estate license. After seeing mr. rogers does real estate, it makes much more confident in deciding to jump into that game.
