I was wondering what the 1/4 mile times for these cars were? I'm hearing all kinds of different numbers.

 

I was told 13.5 for a WRX and less for a STi, but then again what do I know

 

i thought it was 13.4 for the STI and like 14s for the WRX

STi's are known for 13.2-13.9s

WRX's are on par with a 99-04 GT, 14.1-14.6

 

sti's are running anywhere from 13.0x to low 14s. depending on driver and day. stock wrx's with a decent driver will hit low14s and possible high 13s with a really really good driver

 

at my local 1/8 th mile track, I seen as STI run a 9.20, I thought that was **** poor slow, it was an older man so he probably wans't ragging the **** out of it like a young punk would

 

Raced one awhile back in my 96 cobra, think I had him by a little more than a car from dig to 80. He was stock, I was pretty much stock. I posted a kill on here about it.

 

I have never seen a stock one run better than a 14.2 at the track. Not too quick of cars, even with the AWD. I raced one at the track and he barely even beat me off the line with my ****ty 2.2 60 foot....

average is 14.4 stock. some lucky guys pound out 14.1-.2, but not often. original STi's ran ~12.9, after the recall, they were 13.2-.5 the wrx will trap around 95 stock.

 

Why were the STI's slower after the recall?
