Alright, So my best friend has a 2006 Yamaha R6 and it is a pretty sweet bike. He is going to race my other buddy with a KB Cobra. Built Cobra vs. Stock R6. Now, here is the question. Who do you think will win this race? They are going to do a couple races from a dig and a roll. I WILL be video tapeing it either tonight or saturday night when we all go out. I don't know what the Cobra runs in the 1/4 so don't ask please.

The bike is going to win on the top end. The Cobra may get him out of the hole if he can get traction, but once the bike is moving, and the rider does not have to worry about flipping over backwards, he will likely catch up and pass the Cobra. It is only a 600, but they still move.

I think the cobra might get the bike. From a dig, if the cobra can drive, he might take the victory. It's hard to launch a bike well. The cobra might hang well from a roll considering he should be running in the mid 10's and trapping 130+. Post of the video when it happens, definetly interested in the outcome.

The 585 RWHP should be good for a decent 10.? pass and it has a sweet torque curve. It is hard to launcha bike also. This is gonna be a good one.

 

Not to smart to have a helmet on the back on not use it while racing.

 

cobra should win especially form a roll. I can hang with some 600 bikes froma roll and i don't have nearly the power curve of a twin screw car. I will take the cobra. from a dig the bike has a better chance if he can launch it well.
