Default Poor GT didn't know what he had coming

I was driving the other day with a buddy just minding my own business and i see this gt come up and pass me and slow down. So he keeps jumping on it for a little and finally i have to bite. We went from 45-75 with me having 1.5 to 2 cars by the top of my gear. It was not good enough once though he just kept trying but never got any closer except when i missed third he got about a car away but i just shut down. He asked what mods i had and i just told him a pulley cause i did not have that much time.Come to find out he goes to the same college as me and is in my morning class as me. So i see him and he is like do you have a blue cobalt im like yeah, he was like that wasn't like the other ones i raced. We bs'd for a little he thought i said pullies as ina udp thats why he was skeptical. Funny thing though is all class he was looking ina jegs or summit for parts for his car lol.

cliff notes: beat a 03 gt by a couple cars. Mods were as follows.stick, muffler delete, drop in filter, and air silencer removed ( i don't know why)

Good Kill man! anything Pre 05 is no match for you, unless modded.

yeah, I think it's really safe to say that unless a new edge is FI you won't have a problem with it... unless code is next to you

if I ever do get that intake and tune I'll strap on some DR's and race him [8D]

should be a good drivers race.... now that I actually have numbers I can say that confidently

On a 2V full bolt-ons may get them into the high 12's, but that is with luck. bolt-ons respond horribly to new edge stangs.

+1... full bolt on's will see low-mid 13's IMO

I'm almost positive if you get some DR's and suspension mods to accompany the mods your right around high 12's.... not too sure though, been out of the 2V loop awhile
