Coming home from work today me and a buddy went from a 40mph roll (all that traffic would permit) to about 110. My Mach 1and his EvoMR are completely bone stock and both are manuals. He got me off the start but I reeled him in and won by about a car! I just bought the mach and definetely need some more seat time, but hey I still got him. Moral is that Evo's are fast down low, but they lose it on the top end.

 

AWD launch=great. AWD powerdrivetrain loss=bad.
Mach's=beast!

 

Good kill I recently came a cross an Evo MR pulled up along sid eof him and gave a few blips of the throttle, he slowed down lowers his window and says something like your cars loud but its not goin anywhere or something like that, then imedetly takes off we were both in second and barely got into third with me having two passengers and him having none i still put a car on him. The guy didnt look happy after.

 

i ran a evo the other night from a 30 roll..he stayed right next to me the whole time up to around 120...i was very suprised with it..he said all it had was a catback and bov

 

Nice kill. I have been eager to run a STOCK Evo for awhile now. Only one I've had a chance to run was at the track...he ran a 11.5 at 118mph-ouch[]
