Default 1/8 mile time?

hey i have never been to the track, and this weekend it is a local performance shops appreciation day and me along with some people from our mustang club are going to go. it is an 1/8 mile strip. I am wondering what is a good time, (stock wise) and what everyone thinks i will run, tiem and speed. Here is what i got:

Automatic
K&N Filter
4.10's
O/R X
Magnapack Catback
SCT tune
Sumitomo 315's
242 RWHP
264 RWTQ

thanks a lot

I get an 8.5 with the time below, if that helps any. I can't really tell you where to launch (maybe 2k rpmwith your gears) other than try your best not to spin, be on the verge of spinning, but try not to lose traction. Rev it hard between gears, and powershift.
Definetly turn that T.C off! I would go higher than 1300, the track is a LOT sticker than the street, roll off the clutch around +2k rpms and floor it once engaged. If it's too much and you lose grip, adjust from there. Good Luck

Just noticed you are an Auto, scratch what I said about launching 2k rpms and powershifting, just foot brake it and get as high of a launch as possible and roll onto the throttle. If it doesn't spin, try flooring it off the line.

stomp the brake and gas to the floor together, and give it as much throttle as you can without spining, as simple as that- might taek a few trys-

btw 1/8 mile is lame

stock for stock = drivers race...

I am not sure if anyone has ever said bolt on to bolt on.... considering what everyone knows about 2v potential.

as far as LT1's are concerned, i could take down bolt on ones.... once they threw a cam in tho, it was all over. A friend of mine was running 8.7-8.9 with full exhaust on his 1997 T/A , and we would trade off wins.... then the @ss puts in a cam and a stall with some mickeys and was down to 8.3 - 8.2
