ill have picks by next thursday and i was wondering my friend seth has a 4 cylinder hes on the 4 cylinder part of this and he thinks he can beat me in a race what do you guys think?
1985 mustang 5.0 5 speed vs/1979 mustang 4 banger
210 rwhp (stock)/ auto 145 hp at the most it is pretty clean though his name is hellion i believe

thats what i said but he insists that hell beat me and hey do you know what could be wrong ?
my car drives just fine really smooth but every know and then it just shuts off! what could cause this?

yeah he said he did alot to it and that hes on his way to 200hp but i think even with the wieght diffrance its a ho engine i think ill win
and the 5.0 has 210 hp thats stock and a short throw shifter kit installed

I dont know what he has, other than a header done to it, plus, they were carbed back then too... unless he did a ton of work to it, you should own him, and even if he did, you'll prolly own him....
now if he had an svo, then it would be interesting....
