been a while since i posted a story here. last night i was on my way home from playing halo 3 at my buddies house. i see a black srt/4 ahead of me turning on the street i need to turn on. so for some reason i caught up to him. we were kind of going about 45ish. well there wasn't any honks or anything and he just takes off......fast too. i didn't even have time to drop it into 3rd to play catch up. so we get to a light, unfortunately there is a damn acura TL in the left lane so i get behind him in the right. light turns green and he punches it. im on his *** until 3rd when all of sudden he puts about a bus length on me[:@] had my windows up and my ipod was blasting some lagwagon, so i couldn't really hear the exhaust or turbo.
after that i already had gone like a mile past where i should have turned to go down my street. so i busted a u'ie and went home. i haven't raced in a long time, and even though i got my *** handed to me, it was fun. couldn't go to bed for awhile cause the adrenaline was pumping to much even when i hoped in bed.

btw im pretty much stock. K&N intake, and a short throw shifter is all i have.

Yeah thoser little buggers can be quick. My budie is trappng 108 with some minor boltons in his. Those can be badassed from a roll.

2000 dollars gets you 400 whp, i was about to buy one a few weeks ago when the red 05 mustang gt with silver stripes caught my eye next door.

1800 for a 50 trim turbo + supporting mods puts you at about 2 grand, and about 400whp, srtforums i think might have a 400whp sticky

 

led-revolver, you don't tell somebody like bluebeast how to make power in a skittle.His runs upper 11's, and from his (slightly) sarcastic comment, I am guessing $2000 isn't going to get the job done. There is a lot more than a big turbo and bolt ons required to be fast. Turbo cars tend to be picky about what you do to them.
