Rolled on a TBSS
from about 55-130....most of the time we were right next to each other, me pulling slightly - in the end i was about 1/2 car ahead of him.
2 things i regret...going 130 on the freeway (in mexico)
letting my trans shift into o/d under WOT [:@]
it was pretty cool though, cuz i thought they were low 13 second vehicles
Now, before all you lsx fan boys get all asshurt, the sick AWD launches they get is probably what puts them so low

RE: Rolled on a TBSS
I think they're high 13 second vehicles. Not really sure though. That could be the RWD ones. Either way, nice kill. Just be glad that you didn't get caught. Going to jail in Mexico would suck. lol

RE: Rolled on a TBSS
the RWD ones run faster from a dead stop than the AWD ones.... the AWD system in those things make them pigs and just gobbles up the horsepower getting to the wheels
I think the bone stock RWD ones can run 13.6-13.8 whereas the AWD ones see low-mid 14's
you probably ran into an RWD one and the wind resistance took it's toll on it

RE: Rolled on a TBSS
I've seen some modded RWD ones get mid-low 13s and stock ones 14.0 or slower depending on the driver. Not bad for a tank.Once they get moving, they pull pretty decent for their weight disadvantage. They come stock with 4.10s, so that tells you something right there. If you had of raced him from a dig, you would've beat him by alot more. I don't think I would want to be going 130mph in a Trailblazer though!
