Well, I have to admit it, I was a huge Knight Rider fan. I actually think the car looks pretty cool minus the big wing (Wing just doesn't make senseon a domestic). This will be a show I'd be glad to watch. Just curious, don't some of you guys think this may raise the popularity even more for the Mustang?

KITT – Reborn as the Ford Mustang GT500KR Just hours ago, NBC held a press conference to officially announce the return of the epic Knight Rider TV show back to the network. The Ford Mustang GT500KR is cast as the next KITT, Michael Knight’s faithful crime-fighting companion car. In case you were wondering, David Hasselhoff is going to return to play the lead role once again. The 540hp Ford Mustang GT500KR is going to be playing three different versions of KITT: the driverless version, a high-speed combat mode (dubbed KTT Attack), and a standard version of the hero car. Sounds a little far-fetched, but KITT’s new abilities are granted to it courtesy of nanotechnology—allowing it to shift the car’s body color and shape. Additionally, KITT is equipped with a supercomputer that is capable of any electronic equipment….for the purposes of good, we trust. There’s been a lot of hoax posting, fake buzz, and nonsense on the ‘Net about this 80s show being reborn, so we’re glad to share the real story with you, straight from the source (NBC). As they say on the screens, until next time….stay tuned!
