Default Eclipse gs-t vs. skyline

Ok, so we didn't race. BUT, here's the story. I'm driving down the lloyd on my way to play basketball and a car comes up from behind me. Then it proceeds to get beside me and blow off. Then it blew off again, and again. I dropped gears and got ready for action, but nothing. I took off and thought it was over. Then it gets beside me again and proceeds to blow off again, and again, and again. I put my window down and told him we could race if we let the cars ahead of us go ahead, but he shrugged me off. I told him I was pretty sure he'd lose and he gave me a look of disbelief. Then said he had an 8 y.o. in the back. I asked around and found out the car is actually pretty slow, but it's a shame to treat a skyline like that. Damn ricers.

Oh yeah, as soon as I drive away from the skyline, the second time, a mustang gt (97 ish) pulls a ricer fly-by on me. He would race either. Geez. [:@]

I didn't think the Skyline could be considered slow even if another car is faster?

All the ones I have seen at the track havn't been all that impresive (in Canada you can only get skylines that are 15 years old or so though)

I know the engine is bullit proof and all that but stock they are not as great as everyone hypes them up to be

acascianelli, sorry. I had to do it.

Red Turbo Integra, I don't remember what kind it was, but I was told by the guys on my local forum that it has 215 hp stock and weighs 3400 lbs. Also, they said it doesn't run too well.

Oh, I'm thinking the new Skyline. Now that I think about it, I don't even know if they're for sale yet.

My buddy had an R34 GTR chassis imported and built from the ground up, the motor dyno'd at 1175awhp on a 250 shot of nitrous and a big turbo setup. He had a custom carbon fiber body kit made for it and everything and was getting it ready for SEMA. He drove it to his buddy's house to grab something and an oak tree in his buddy's yard fell on it and sliced it into two pieces!!!! He was so bummed ha ha ha

He also purchased a TT Lingenfelter C6 Z06 to drive around in the meantime until his Skyline was done and decided to run a shot of nitrous through it at the track. Blew the block on that one! So he gave up on sports cars and bought a Jeep
