You'd be wise not to tear a herring with 641HP and 708FTLBS of torque again. Even a novice would show you your *** in a car like that. Prolly didn't want the ramifications of street racing...
Even @5,000 lbs? He'd be slow to get going, comparably, and then be playing catch up passing me eventually. It would have been more of 0-60ish race if any.
That's stacks of power and they don't weigh that much. There's a reason they cost $167,000 before tax. Damn fast without driver competence, just point and squirt... and from a roll, f'get about it.

I thought we were talking about the 08 cl65, which are still slower than a stock zo6[&:]

5,000lbs is a LOT of freakin weight. That's why they put a 600+hp engine in it, the only way it can move out worth anything.

I just found it at Motor Trend. 4,600ish LBS and did the 1/4 in

11.8 @ 120.

I might get him at the strip with my DR's on, but probably not. I'm trapping 116 +. It's all bench racing until it happens anyways. I think I would get spanked.

Atleast I didn't spend $190,000.

With all the weight it has, the thing is prolly a tank in a collision. I feel sorry for anybody that runs into it.

Beat me to it! I was fixing to say they run 11's with a crap driver.... and you proved it..... Slooooooooooowwwwwwwwwww Trend got an 11 out of one! I saw an SL65 running 11.3's at 128 mph at the Atlanta AMG Club Meet. A CL65 is slower but not by a whole lot. If I had a SL65 I think I would turn up the boost and spend all my waking hours hunting for unsuspecting C6 Z06's, GT500's, and pullied Termis.
