those little Jetta's can be killer. my friend has a TDI putting down just under 370fwhp and close to 560ft/lbs at the wheels[sm=jawdrop.gif]

For the most part, cause they are already turbo charged and a re built to withstand boost. Usually they require a fuel system upgrade, but that is pretty much it.

There's a few complete bolt on kits that make inupwards of 300whp, and when your talking about a car that weighs a little over 3000# fully loaded. That equals some pretty decent numbers.

With that kid of trap speed he must have had a turbo as big as a frisbe or he had a moderately bigger turbo and was spraying.

 

I was about to comment on that trap speed. Huge turbo, and or spraying like a mo'fo.

 

Probably just a GT30 upgrade...

ya, and he's been walking everything in town, well ecept for the LP640. that guy only put half a car on him to 160mph from a 40mph roll

 

^ You are saying that a Lamborghini LP640 with 270 hp more could only put 1/2 a car on him? Seems kinda sketchy. But after 160 I suppose that the vastly superior aerodynamics of the Lambo would let him walk away without too much trouble.
