Here's how it will go. He'll brake boost and launch hard while breaking his very unreliable DSM, giving you the win. lol. jk. Stock, they run in the 10-12 PSI range I believe and 5speeds are usually low 15 second cars. I'm not really sure how big of a power difference another 6-8 PSI would be, but, with my best guess, I'll say it's going to be close. You're probably both mid-high 13 second cars. Again, I'm just guessing. I don't know too much about boost and how much power you'llgain from a certain amount of PSI.

A friend of mine had i believe it was either a 91 or 93 (the generation BEFORE the last gen they made) and he was running about 24lbs and could only pull a 13.8 best. I think it'll be close but you should take him

Normally they ran at 11 PSI so cranking up the boost to 18 will probably net a small turbo about 25 to 30 wheel HP. First gen. Talons were rated at 195HP. Second gen. Were rated at 210HP. If the dude is running an open downpipe he could be making 225 to the wheels off of the stock turbo. So it should be a low 14 second car. If it's a nonstock turbo who knows how much power it making.
