If anything, the auto will hurt more than just being a vert. The weight difference between a vert and a coupe isn't much. Even still, an auto with 3.73s compared to the auto LT1 should really make up for it being an auto and a vert. Add in the full exhaust, UDPs, CAI, and upper/lower intake, along with the nitrous, I think the OP should have this.

The5.0 has it bigtime IMO. Yea, the auto sucks, but it doesn't take much to wake up afox body and the OP has some good mods. I think an a straight 1/4 mile race or shorter, the OP has it. Let us know what happens man!!

I would give the nod to the 5.0, with his intake/exhaust work, gears, and spray. Run with the top down, to even it out.[8D]
OP: with your internal motor work, are you sure it isn't cammed or have head work as well?

well as of now he has rode in the car with me and he swears up and down that he doesent have a chance.....and if it is any concern that i cant take him i can always jet up to a 125 shot
