Well fellas my car has been undergoing some changes here in the last couple weeks like a new 76mm ballbearing turbo, blow off valve kit, and some drive train mods. Well last night I was staring at my car with the new turbo on it and couldnt resist I had to go drive the damn thing I dont have any of the drive train mods put on it yet but it is tuned and lets just say it is making decent numbers in the upper 600's. So I head out on to the main drag through the woodlands and give it a couple of half throttle runs I can feel the car trying to take flight so I just leave it at that. Well apparently I caught the attention of a Vette owner that was near by because the next thing I know I see a yellow Z06 go flying past me with a guy waving his hand out the window. My father owns one of the new Z06's but has never had the desire to race me or even attempt to race me so I figure what the hell its time to see what my pony has. So I put the pedal to the floor and after ****ting my pants I caught up to the vette pretty quick. I am cruising next to the vette at around 50-55 mph antagonizing him with some throttle taps to see if he will take the bait sure enough I see the guy shake his head and downshift he does the quickest 3 honk I have ever heard in my life and guns it. I follow suit and smash the pedal to the floor.................it was bad gentleman...........real bad. It was so bad the dude wouldnt make eye contact with me at the next light, so bad he wasnt even curious as to what just happened, so bad that when I rolled down the window to say good race he turned his head and made a right hand turn. I think my heart stopped for a couple seconds cause my chest started hurting and my left arm was numb. Official stats coming to an MF post near you.
