Default Beat a new model STI

It was the one with the three-piece grill and big spoiler. There was noSTI badge on thebottom left trunk but some other kind of badge. Pretty sure it was an STI.

He was behind me at a light, so I sped up and got into the other lane. Then he nailed it and I nailed it. We were even through second gearand I put a car, maybe a car and a half, on him by the end of third. Then he slowed down and made a left.

I have an 00GT with v2-SQ blower, hurst shifter and mufflers.

If any of you have a similiar setup, how much power do you make? I have yet to dyno my car.

just a little peice of info... not the new model STI

if it had the big spoiler on the back, yes it was an STI... but not the newest installment

the new STI is only available in a wagon/hatch body style (looks like a BMW M coupe and a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 had babies)

If you have never been on a dyno, how did you tune your blower??? Did you use a canned tune????

I sent my ECU to Vortech, they tuned it and sent it back. I need to save $550 to have it tuned professionally. Until then, the current tune will be fine.

The STI must have been modded to hang that close with a blown 'Stang. Stock they are around 230 to the wheels.
