WTF right????? Im just casually driving down the highway minding my own business. Im pulling up beside this car, not paying any attention to what it is (4 lane hwy) I get just about even with this guy then all of a sudden the genius floors it. Im like wut teh *** is this ****. So we get up to the red light (we are on the outskirts of town ZERO traffic) He's revving up his car and Im just sitting there in total shock of whats going on. I couldnt believe this guy was trying to race me. So the light turns green, I can hear himfrying his clutch so I say what the hell and just give it the hole shot, on it pretty hard on up til3rd gear. The speed limit is 65 so Im still obeying the law and this cat finally catches up to meand looks over at me like it was a shocker that I beat him... Maybe he failed to see theGT fender emblem or something IDK. I just found it odd that this little douche was really thinkin he had some hot ****. Well thats my story for the day....

B. he wanted to see if he could get the big tough mustang driver to race him in his GF's jetta so he could get a laugh.

The guy has a jetta. OF COURSE HE WANTS TO SEE YOUR PONY RUN! It's like challenging Tiger Woods to a round of golf. You don't do it with the thought of beating him. You do it to watch him perform.

My girlfriend has a 2005 Jetta with the 2.0L 4 banger in it. It's one of the slowest cars I have ever driven.

i got a friend of mine that has a Passat 2.0T and i swear he thinks he can rip me up....we never raced or anything but he goes on and on about the Tiptronic setting for the transmission and about how its so fast.....whats up with that? idk, im not worried though LMAO

 

I sold my Jetta to buy my Mustang. I hate Jetta's a with a passion - so many problems with them.
