even at the last viper event that i went to, the "stock viper" class had guys running in the 13s, with srt10s. the mod viper class was a bit more impressive, but there were still some "dress pant racers" there muddling their way down the track in the 12s with bottled, blown vipers...

That's a bit alarming to read about drivers driving 500 hp cars into the 13s. My only guess is that they spin off the line really bad, but at least it looks cool when they do it.

You really think it will trap ~150mph bone stock out of the factory? Even on a drag radial, that's what it will have to do to run faster than the fastest Liter-bikes on the road in the 1/4.
