g37 vs me
well, it wasnt a race, but it was more of a hey look theres a g35! only i was wrong...very wrong.
i am coming into work this morning and saw a CLEAN what to me looks like the g35 coupe so i get behind it, damn no badges, only one way to tell now, so i motion for him to roll his windows down, apparently the tint is to dark to see me flailing like and epileptic for him to roll his window down, so he guns it, and so do i, i keep up easily, this time he rolls his window down, i ask him what it was, he said its the g37......so i ask is it fast, he jokely says "well, you barely kept up" so i laughed and said ok sure. well there's a pretty good stretch before i get to work, so i asked him if he wanted to do a quick little burst of speed. he nodded, so we hit it, my torque put me plenty ahead , but as speed got higher he got closer, and i imagine if we got high enough he would've passed me.
all in all +1 to the driver for being cool
and +1 to the car performing as well as it does

no they are not, reading stuff on here, it was like a little voice in the back of my head saying " i wouuld kill this fool".....but it is a very solid car. 330hp @7krpm 270tw at 5200

Haven't ran one yet but they don't look too slow. Ran into an older G35(like 03-04 prob) and from a 60 roll I was right next to him. I found that a little weird since I lose every single roll race with cars that have comparable power. Then right after than ran him from a dig and pulled 3 cars out of first gear then he just stayed 3 cars back until 80 when I let off. Torque+launch lol. Looked like he just rolled on it I took off at about 3000

morbid,
from a dig i think the S197 would take it (1-1.5 cars) up to about 100-110, then b/c of the 7k+ rpm range he would pull from 115+.
from a roll, i would say that play's right into his hands and you'd be back prob a car or a little more, then triple digits and he'll walk away thanks to the high RPM redline
