Default Line Locks are ON! :-)

Yup - I installed a dual solenoid line lock system on my 4.0L/5spd Stang, and they work great! I can't wait to heat up my M&H drag radials now! I plan to create How-To thread in case others would like to install their own line locks.

Cool you'll like em. I see your a modarator. Have you guys ever thought about a how-to section where guys could post about installs and removals? We have a section like that over on the SRTforum and it has some great info. Just a thought.

I love my line lock. My car isn't the almighty torque monster, so it can have some problems keeping them going every once in a while.

Guys, I wrote up a how to thread in the S197 section -

https://mustangforums.com/m_4725249/tm.htm

The installation isn't very difficult, but it did have some challenging moments. [>:] Not hard really.

I've seen similar sections at other forums. IDEALLY, the tech sections here should be strictly for technical information. I know in the S197 sections, we have stickies at the top which list out the technical threads and How-To's in one easy to find thread. If add'l people contributed techincal write-ups (like Taco Bill, who has his own sticky), then we might be able to create a single section for that type of thing.
