A tranny loop will keep your driveshaft from ripping the track (and the interior part of your car by your legs and "junk") apart if you blow it...when you have the kind of HP to run 12's they require it here. Among other safety stuff...

+1, I figured the best they would run stock would be high 11's to low 12's. And this guy supposedly ran in the low 11 range.

 

Wouldn't a fullfree breathingexaust or pulley swap account for the transition fromhigh 11's (stock)to an 11.5?

The E63 is naturally aspirated but not not the 55's. The V8's are blown, the 12 is twinspooled...speaking of the AMG's that is...

Just to make sure, the previous generaltion E55 was an N/A V8 making 349 hp, also with a 5 speed auto.
