some pretty impressive times
wen to english town today with 2 of my friends so i could watch them run theor cars. my car is broken and wont be fixed so all i can do is watch for now
. anyway one has a 05 sti n the other has a 07 sti. the 05 has a turbo back exhaust, gt30 turbo, front mount intercooler and a tune. he made 360whp. the 07 has a turbo bacvk exhaust, 20g turbo, front mount intercooler, a tune, and forged pistons. he made 390whp and 411tq. both cars made 3 passses. 07 first pass was a 12.9 @ 110 i belive with a horrible 60ft. second pass was a 12.0 @ 112 with a 1.6 60ft. and the third was a 11.8 @ 114 with a 1.7 60ft. i was really impressed.
05 first run 13.6, missed 2nd. second run 12.1 @ 112 and the third pass he bogged off the line then coasted down the track. i was just really impressed thatthese cars could break into the 11s with just a few bolt ons. the 05 might not have forged pistons, but i still think it has a 11 sec pass in it. the only reason the 07 has forged pistons is cause apparently the 07 pistons are very week and when he put the new turbo on they cracked.

I'm just saying that a FMIC and a turbo swap is major work. I have every bolt-on on the stock turbo/TMIC with meth and pit down 320 awhp. But my car runs out of steam up top, compliments of the stock turbo.
There is an EVO/STI shootout every year at Englishtown. Are your buys going to represent the STI's? They get their *** kicked every year in the drag event. Damn EVO's

haha i hate all of you. therewere a lot of evos there today. one was runnin 11.5 and others were anywehere from high 12s-high 13s haha. id have to say that there were more fast sti then evos!
