Sactown-S/C vs. Simon1-Turbo
Got the BMR Lca's and SLP line lock installed yesterday, with a ton of help from Simon1 (he did about most of the work
). Noticed a big difference in traction with the lca's but I do still break loose in second but not as often. The line lock works get, I will post a video soon. If any one is interested in seeing pic's I can take some of the completed install, didn't take any during, but we still need to install the line lock on Simon1's car.
The lca's and relocation brackets were easy, the line lock was easy with the exception of the solenoid, but that only added but 30-45 minutes to the install.

Sactown is running a Saleen blower with 6.5 psiand I'm running the STS single 60mm kit with a 5 psi spring with a boost controler. On low boost, my carit will make ~6.5 psi. I left it on low to be the same PSI as him.
We did a 3 honk from about 30 and took off. Sactown jumped a little bit but came back and we started again. We went and he spun a little which gave me 1-2 cars. He hooked up and we went to ~120. I pulled just little, another 1-1.5 cars, giving me the slight edge.
We are geared the same and I shouldweigh just a little more with the Shaker 1000, but my gas tank was almost empty so the weight really should not be that much different.
It was lots of fun and finishinghis car with no issues was great.
It's really glad Imet Sactown (Steve) on the forum as he's grown to be a good friend.

sounds like you guys are
for eachother.

J/K, but both you guys have awesome rides and it's cool that people on forums can meet up and do some real racing. I hate internet bench racers.

That was funny as hell! Simon1 is great guy with a great family its nice to finally hang out with people who have the same interest.
And yes Simon1 your car is a little faster, and when ridding in the passenger seat it does pull more when the turbo kicks in, but the mad scientist will have a little something to solve that problem.
We need to get someone to video the pulls!

In Redding next month (hopefully I will have DR's by then) we will make some runs and post them with you adjusting the turbo as we go, that would be great! BTW did you get that weird sound from your rearend gears fixed??
