I was wonder what i ould have to have in my car to beat a LS1 Camaro? And do long headers acully give you any HP?

Yes, LT headers give you hp

if i get C&L AIR INTAKE and Brenspeed Tune and some Mac 1 3/4" Ceramic Long Tube Headers What would i be running in the 1/8???

You might want to start off with what car you have. Those mods on a 1979 GT will be alot differant than on a 2007 GT.

He's been posting in the S197 areas...

If you just want to beat stock LS1 cars get a CAI and a tune, sticky tires optional. If you want to go after modded fish... it depends on what you are after... FI is your best route....
