Went to the track last week. It was hot though I live in phoenix. My best time was on a 2.087 60ft.

The two races with the subura wrx. I lost first won 2nd. He had an up pipe dwn pipe sti turbo drag radial and some clutch kit and gutted his car.... I dont even know what a up pipe and down pipe is.

Im tryin to get the video up. But i went 13.9 trapping 98 mph. And the wrx went 13.5 iforgot what he was trapping. But I think on a colder day and aorund a 1.9 or 1.8 60ft I can hit a 13.7. or 13.6.

 

wasnt that hot on friday, low 80s durin the day.

yeah. It was two weekends ago. Did u go? It was the whole take the street racing to the track event.

 

no im going this friday though, the 11th.

 

is it open nights every friday? because if it is then ill go this friday to.

 

I dont know what an Up pipe is either?But the down pipe is just thesecond piece of the exhaust that comes off the turbo. The first would be the O2 housing. Bigger down pipes let the turbo spool a little quicker.

 

The uppipe goes between the Turbo and exhaust mani. The WRX's Stock UPPipe is EXTREMELY Restrictive you can replace it with an aftermarket thats open. Also Helps Turbo Spool Times....

Thanks guys. The thing is that me and the guy with the wrx are friends and we have raced on the street before a couple of time and every time i beat by about a car and ahalf- two cars until about 110 thats where he starts catching up. But i think the asphalt is traction ftw. my car always feel faster on the street. Like here is a video of me racinga heavily modded srt-4 and well u guys can be the judge.
