A car that gets no respect from anyone other than it's drivers. Driven only by idiots who try to race anyone and everyone who looks their way. Will tailgate, weave around, and rev at minivans and stock Honda Civics as an attempt to incite a race. Once at a stoplight, said Neon driver will take off with a bogged launch despite the driver of the Civic being an elderly woman.
SRT-4 driver: lolz, you think we should race that mom in the Dodge Caravan? i think she gave me the evil eye
SRT-4 passenger: hellz yea, go 4 it d00d!
SRT-4 driver: lolz, i think her kids in the backseat night get scared but o wellz

slang. recently became the official replacement for "polish a turd" in the ever popular phrase "you can't polish a turd".
while you still can't srt-4 a turd, many think that by paying the hourly goons at ye olde dodge factory to glue a turbo-charger to a silly dodge neon engine it will in fact create a glossy finish on a piece of feces. the car is intended for bedwetters and dog dick rubbers who can't afford a real car like a honda s2000, bmw m-series or acura tl type-s or aren't smart enough to properly affix a turbo-charger to a car that isn't already named "neon". the srt-4 phenomenon is basically the same as the 1980's dodge goons putting a faux-leather, glue on top(attempting to look like a convertible) to a dodge aries k-car and calling it a chrysler lebaron. again, this car was very popular with the recently gay but familiar with broke crowd.
"wowie zowie leroy, that white girl you are courting is one seriously ugly girl."
"don't sweat is mister anderson, my sistah works at glamour shots and this saturday we gonna srt-4 her up."

A Mexican made piece of sh*t with a mitsubishi turbo (peon pos-4). Only kids or people with no knowledge of sports cars buy it. It also sounds worse than a civic with a fart can exhaust =P

I was watching a show on Speedvision last night called "Supercars Exposed".... and the episode was about these exotic car dealers and how they let their clients test out the cars. (Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Mercedes, Corvettes, Ford GTs etc).
So anyways, there were two black guys who were famous for something, testing a red Ferrari.. they cruise around for a long time, and they get on an onramp for the freeway. This silver SRT4 gets on their tail, and there's a camera man in a car behind the SRT4, and you hear the guys in the Ferrari say, "Is that a Neon? What's he want to do?" The SRT4 seemed to stay on it until the Ferrari reached the freeway, and then it left the SRT4 in the dust.
Pretty funny.

I would love to drive all those cars, I looked up the company that offers it and it was around 1500 dollars for one person and an additional 300 for a passenger
