Well Morbid was in town for the weekend for a car show. I know we talked about who was going to win compared to his new GTO (stock Mach 1, GT w/ Spray, Stock S197, and Pro-Charged V6). We all figured that he was going to have his way with all of us. Well we had a couple chances this past weekend to test the cars out, and lets just say our suspisions were confirmed...kind of...It really comes down towhere we start (speed wise). Morbid's GTO really shines @ anything above 70...so none of us had a chance. The Super Six would probably be the closest but his tune isn't @ 100% and he still has his stock rear end (it is on its way out, fast). So there were several times when I (Mach 1) would get ahead a 1/2 car length, from 40,on the GTO and as soon as we got 80+ it was over and the GTO was several car lengths ahead...the GT on spray couldn't find a place to fill his bottle and even if he was on the spray he still wouldn't have a chance (both the Mach and the S197 have pulled on him previously)...So all in all it was an awesome weekend and i'm sure we will have some videos / photos up ASAP...

 

Is his GTO the LS2? If so, those things are a force to be reckoned with! I test drove one a year back, and it was by far the fastest car I've driven......of course it came with a full SLP performance package, but regardless it was insanity, and sounded even more insane!

I love those GTO's (aslong as they're the 6.0's)!

How small of a shot is that guy with the GT running? I thought that it would do better (against you, Mach, and the other guy, S197) than what you are saying. What's up with that?

 

a small 75 shot...I am DEAD even w/ the S197...
