What you dont know? Every "stock" LS1 comes from the factory with a hidden kit. I do not see you ever beating an LS1 with those mods..

You're right, if you win, you win, there is no doubting that, but if you do win, its because you are a better driver or they spun, or something is wrong with their car. Good luck.

 

Maybe I just reading into this too much in the S/S section,but this statement always seems to be thrown around as a negative thing. Not just here by you 1BAD, I mean in general.

I've beaten a few LS1s in my day, with my car at varying stages of modifications against LS1s of varying stages of modifications, and sometimes I won only because of driving skill. That gives me more satisfaction personally.

If I had to choose one reasonor the other....I would much rather beat someone because of my personal driving skill than because my car did all the work carryingmy lame *** across the finish line first. I would rather have better skill AND a faster car, but all the same.
