Damn, Lee. Glad to hear you are ok. Machines can be fixed or replaced. People can not. Sorry to hear about the broken hand. I like to use the other one evey once in a while. It's like getting a strang piece, if you know what I mean.
"Ever try with your non-dominant hand? its like having sex with a stranger!"
A stranger that doesn't know how to please you [&o],like good old dominant hand does

So let me get this straight....

This is the closest to it, except imagine me starting from the bottom and heading toward him but turning left from a dedicated turn lane that needs a green arrow to go. I had the green (someone just went in front of me) so thats why I'm not sure he came at me so quick like that. Maybe he ran the red, who knows.. police couldn't get a statement from them because they both got wheeled off in stretchers.

LOL Ed!! Hahaha thats what i said to my girlfriend and she was like "are you sure you didn't hit your head???"

SteelStang: I broke it on the steering wheel somehow, I think just the force of the collision on my palm caused my hand to break at the joint of my middle finger to my palm. I've got a bunch of ideas if my company decides to total the IS... I like this rental CTS a LOT I'm just not sure if I can afford a new one right now since I carry my mortgage solo It totally depends on how much money I get out of it, if any.

Hmm. They don't have redlight cameras there? If they do, the police should take a look at them and then try and figure out from there who's at fault.

They don't know who is at fault? No one else stopped and helped figure the whole mess out? If there were other people around they should have been able to tell if the person ran a red, or at least back you up saying you had the green. In any case, good luck with your car hunt, and as everyone else said, glad your OK

Damn brudda.. sorry to hear about that, but like the guys have said at least you're alright. Cars can be fixed and/or replaced, but you can't be. At lest you'll be getting a new car out of the deal most likely. Those 08 CTS's are very sweet.. expensive, but definitely a nice ride. A CTS-V would be even better..

Thanks again guys. Yea I do have one witness who was behind me but I dont think he was really paying attention. He should be able to have seen that I had a green light though because he was turning with me.

Yea Subotai, even the older CTS-Vs are starting to come down in price to the mid-20s, which would be a great step up for me. I think the only downside to those is that they only come in manual (correct me if i'm wrong). I won't own another manual daily driver again...it would also be harder to drive with a jacked up hand hehehe

LOL.. ahhh yes, but jacked up or jacked off while driving is the question.. hehe.. And I could be wrong, but wasn't there an auto option some of the newer model CTS-V's? One thing that would've been nice in those is something akin to the tip-tronic shifter that you can shift somewhat like a manual when you want. The b!tch, ooppss, I mean my ex had a on 03 Eclipse GTS with one. Completely different cars, but the idea would've been kick-*** for a Caddy like the CTS-V.I don't think that's ever been an option ineither the CTS-V's or the CTS's though.. [>:]
