hey a little more respect should be given to the torque monster, but it is really fishy to walk a S2000 that cost 30k. But again we dont know his mods yet, maybe he is running a supercharger

oh and who ever said s2000 cant screech the tires off the line is high, you can get a camry to do that if you rev it up high enough.

Also if your going to quote sites you need to include the mustang quote. s2000 was 6.4 and mustang v6 was 7.1.
That site seam to be off since the mustang is closer to 6.5 and the S2000 is 5.9

 

i beat plenty of s2000's at the track (and 1 on the street) while i was n/a

i believe they run a low 14 stock with a driver thats willing to put his drivetrain on the line.

now if i gave one a headstart on the street, i dont think i would have caught back up to him by 80mph. well, now i could but n/a no lol.

Maybe you missed the part where I said he would have had to been sitting there with his car revving like crazy and dump the clutch in order to screech the tires off the line. You said he floored it. Seems like you weren't sure if he was racing. From a dig, without loading it up, the tires will not spin.
