my 212hp, and 261trq was at 4200rpm, my car shifted early on the dyno.
my car pulls like a raped ape up too 5000-5200rpm, so i should be at 220hp or so easy.

4.10's AOD with a mean shift kit, it bangs into the gears, and darts off.

i dident race the guys by any means, i dont even really consider it a kill.

i was in my power zone as soon as i hit it, and got off it as soon as the speeds got to high, dident even shift up to 4th. he could have been out of his pwr....

who knows? who really cares?

Ehhmm, maaayybbee.. depends on which county you're in, because the Texas state rules (at least the ones I remember) say anything 20 over the limit is wreckless driving, which if your record is clean usually only means a huge ticket. Like Sarge said, anything over 100, OR, doubling the speed limit is at least a night in jail, plus a license suspension, all of which is at the discretion of the officer. Street racing is an automatic wreckless driving for a 1st offense no matter the speed, and follow on offenses include jail time and license suspension. 3rd offense, and your car's impounded for 60 days. I could be a little off on the specifics though since I haven't been there since last year..

 

hahaha this happened to me too i stopped at the light and this guy pulled up in a bmw 330ci, revving and signalling me to race

i thought for a sec that id smoke him then i thought eh something doesnt feel right so the light turned green, and this beemer just flew off guess what, the cops pulled out from a hiding spot on the next intersection with lights and sirens on

basically i drove past him, shaking my head and laughing my *** off
