I'm fairly certain the guy knows what rwhp stands for. It's just that you said your friend owns an 850rwhp SRT4. Kinda strange since SRT4's are fwd. Unless of course there is some kind of aftermarket rwd conversion kit for the SRT's.

 

There is a RWD cobalt so it could be..but not very likely.
