Default Mach vs. SRT4

Had a run in with an srt4 today. Was cruising along and a kid about my age kept pulling flybys and reving at me, so I finally obliged. We hit it from a 40mph roll. I started in second and by third and fourth gear I was walking away hard, prolly a few buslengths up to 120ish. He wanted to go again, saying hehadstarted in 3rd instead of second. This time we went from a 60mph roll in 3rd gear. I again pulled hard and shut it down. Ending up talking to him afterwards, was a cool guyand found he was completely stock. His buddy was taking video so let me know if you guys see anything on youtube or streetfire with a black mach, walking a srt

What mods are done to your car? Buslengths is quite an accomplishment especially since even stock those skittles will move pretty well on the highway.

BBK longtube headers, bbk o/r xpipe, flowmaster catback, JLT rai intake, and sct tuned. I mean I don't know when he let off, but he was definetely more than a few car lenghts back. He was shifting way earlier than me to and I don't think that helped him.

Nice kill. A Mach should have no problem with a stock skittle. You probably pulled 5 to 10 cars. Not quite bus lenths but still a pretty serious beating.

5-10 car lengths is way more than a bus lenght , congrats on the kill

OH BOY,[8D] when I hear bus lenths It implies plural to me meaningtwp or more, bus lenths. When I race at the track it looks like I'm beating the bejesus out of alot of cars looking out the rear view mirror but then you get the timeslip and it was only half a second difference. Thats kinda what i was getting at. Mach 1=13.3 to 13.5, SRT-4 usally run 13.9 to 14.2 stock. With the OPs mods I'd expect high 12s from his car.

It's always hard to estimate distance looking in the rearview. I just knew he was pretty far back there. Funny thing is I wouldn't have even run him, except I've been going through a dry spell with races. I wish he was a stg. 2 or had some mods, would have made it more interesting. You just can never tell with those cars until ya run em!

Stg 2 would've of been very intresting! Prolly would've cut out half the ground you put on him, or more. Nice kill, and you're right man, you never can tell with a skittle.
