335i dead
Drivign home lastnight a debadged 335i tt flew past me on US-1. He kept speeding up and slowing down i didnt really want to race but it kept doing it. From about a 40mph roll he jumped on me and i quickly put atleast a car and a half to two cars on him then shut down. We had a few more light to light runs same result. At the next stop i start asking the driver when he had done to the car he said chip, exhaust and BOV. He started to ask me what i had done to mine..... as soon as istart talking his silly @ss friend started screaming and then they took off. On a good note during the race i found out my pass. side muffler hanger is still to close to the bracket because it started to rub.Looks like i need to bend it further. [8D]
Before anyone starts talking smack my car is putting down more then enough power. I have not ran it at the track because its under renovation. Current mod list : Paxton novi 2200 H.O. s/c, GT500 dual pumps, LCA, adj.UCA, adj. panhard, FRPP springs and dampers, Mac x pipe with stock cats, and boomtubes.
Before anyone starts talking smack my car is putting down more then enough power. I have not ran it at the track because its under renovation. Current mod list : Paxton novi 2200 H.O. s/c, GT500 dual pumps, LCA, adj.UCA, adj. panhard, FRPP springs and dampers, Mac x pipe with stock cats, and boomtubes.

thanks, he said he had chip, exhaust and BOV. Im just guessing that it was a 335i and not xi. I tried to max rps so i didnt shift next to him and not he hear the bypass valve lol.

yeah, I wouldn't think you would have too much of a problem considering you havea paxton HO, though depending on which chip he had it could be rather close. My brother has a 335i with the vishnu procede version 3. Hasn't been to the track with the version 3 yet (just got it), but with version 2.x he was trapping about 110. This is with no other mods. I didn't think that a BOV was good for these cars. I'm sure he wouldn't have expected to run into a blown mustang. Was it2 or 4 door? I believe the xi only comes in 4.

it was a 2dr, i dont know much about what mods are good for this car other then the chip. i need to run DR year roundi amjust roasting my street tires.

I'm sorry, but that is definitly not true.It's closer to 50-60whp/torque from what I've seen.
