Sneaky 01 WS6
My friend has an 01 WS6 T/A with some weld in Flowmasters. We were hanging out last night and he kept insisting we race. Ive raced this guy at least 10 times and every time I out launch him and keep him behind me until he starts reeling me in past 100mph, when we usually have to let off - he has only seen my tail lights. I figured another driver mod win, so what the heck. This time I pulled him off the line as usual and when I shifted into 2nd he went past me like a fighter jet!!! Sneaky b@stard installed a 100 shot last weekend!!! LOL!! Bad A$$ car on the juice, but he doesn't know I just got my bonus money!!! This will be an ongoing feud!!

Im planning on kooks LTs w/ catted X, pypes mid muffler, 4.10 gears, LCAs, spydershaft, e/t streets, C&L cai, zex kit with bottle warmer/remote bottle opener/window switch, and a custom tune from DTP. I plan to add a turbo kit later on but that will be next year and I will ditch the zex kit. My bonus only goes so far!!!

Its always fun to have some rivalry going. I've got my own little matches going with my brother with a BMW 335i and another track buddy with an LS2 GTO. My buddy with an LS2 GTO just got an intake, and headers with a dyno tune, he's camming it next. My brother just upgraded his procede tune to version 3 and is getting an open air intake, maybe some exhaust. They knew that they needed to step up their game after I got the blower!!

That's a nice budget and good choice of mods. Hope he doesn't come back modding his *** off like you are on the s197 after he gets blown away. Those LS1's are no joke and respond extremely well to mods, especially engine work (heads/cam/intake(manifold)).

]We've been discussing lately it seems how badly most people do with 400+rwhp in an s197(mid-high 12s) I keep telling people its from adding 150rwhp w/o tires +suspension to back it up.. let us know when you get new tires how you do. It's just sad that a mildly modded LS1 could run a low 12 on stock suspenion/tires with less HP. (or so we are told [8D])
