I was down in Lake Jackson last night and ended up goin and chillin with some friends at a "car meet"...
In other words a ricer get together...

A kid in a '96 GT showed up...
All he had were 3.73's,
an O/R H-pipe,
and some other minor mod...
Don't remember wut it was...
Maybe an sts...
Anyway...
I wanted to race him to see how I'd do...
I've always wanted to race an older GT...
Cause the new ones rape me...

Anyway...
He agreed to go so we went out to a long two lane road(with no traffic) and ran from a dig twice...
Both times he beat me but not by as much as I was expectin...
I wasn't hookin worth **** and on both launches he immediately jumped about half a car ahead pullin to about 3/4 to almost a full length to about mid 3rd...
On the higher end of 3rd and low 4th I started reelin him back in...
But we were only goin to 100 so didn't really go into much of 4th...
Anyway...
That's my story...
Condolences would be much appreciated...

lol that was what i was thinking, i was like damn i beat one it a foot race once! j/k

 

I beat a new ede 6'er a couple times in my npi. He had a couple mods:exhaust, 3.73's, cai, maybe a tune too. I had a few too, but stock geared (2.73's [:'(]) and I was heavier (vert). So dont feel too bad, if you hooked, that car length jump might not have ever existed

The guy that videod it jogged along side uslaughin his *** off...

I almost jumped out and beat his *** with a torque wrench...
But I figuredbein on footwoulda given me an unfair advantage against the GT...
So I let it slide...
