this story starts along time ago when a buddy of mine had a toyota corolla type s which i guess stands for slow? anyways at the time i had a 2005 v6 with full bolt-ons and dyno tune. he never ever thought that i was going to beat his corolla. so we take it to the track and he runs a 16.3 and my 05 v6 runs a 14.4 (not even close) so he talks daddy into getting him a 97 gt that he puts exhaust and intake on with a tune and still cant beat my v6.....it was killing him that he had a v8 that couldnt beat a v6...now FAST FORWARD to present day and he moved away to college and kept calling mesaying that he did something that would rip my car a new one. little did he know i had recently purchased a 2004 GT 5speed. i shopped around and bought BBK CAI, BBK UDP's, DIABLOSPORT 93 TUNE, MAC O/R H, and FLOWMASTER 40's. no slicks or anything....my times are decent for living in florida with all of the humidity. so wed. morning i get a call from him asking if i wanted to go to the track. so i said sure. every wed. and fri. night we have open street drags... i get there a little early and was looking for him...so i end up being the 3rd race and decided after i raceim going to call him to see where he is...my first race was against a black 05 SRT-4 with intake, hardpipe kit, stage 1 waste gate. nothing to special... so we line them up both do a quick burnout and get set.... the light turns and we both hit it.....i hook up really good 1.91 60', end up running a 13.76 @ 102.3mph. get the time slip back and see that he ran a 13.87 @101.54. drive around and get back in line, was going to talk to the driver of the SRT about the race and i see him leaving the track? so i end up calling my buddy and he asnwers, i asked him where he is at and come to find out it was HIS srt-4. he tradedhis 97 GT on it and he knew i was in the 04 GT. pissd him off so bad it was hilarious.

I know both of these guys, and the guy in the SRT is the most competitive person ever! He gets so pissed whenever you talk about his car. I just can't wait til I get enough in my v6 to beat him! lol
