How often do most of you drag race? I recently ran my 08 this week and cant wait to get back on the track. I have the luxury of living near two tracks, one has street legal on Weds and the other on Fridays.

My car is an everyday driver so I dont want to beat it to the ground by racing all the time. Is drag racing conciderd "beating on your car"?

 

Drag racing is considered "pampering and protecting your car". Anyone else who says otherwise might just not be retarded...

I go once a month....or two months. My only gripe is my rear end has been crunkin and crumpling ever since the 4.10 gear installation, which was two years ago....although it still holds well and does a two wheel burnout...

If I were retired or something, it would definitely be a hobby I would consider.

 

I go a few times a year.... but usually get in a number of passes everytime. Car was ran 30+ passes at the last rental alone.

 

Depends on how much overtime I have to put in at work. I usally go about 5 or 6 times a season. (March to Oct.)

 

I went Twice in a two month interval until they closed the damn track. It ll be open again in october so two more months waiting is okay.

 

When I'm not at college I average racing every Wednesday and Friday. I back that off to once every week or two when I'm at college. I generally average ~300+ each season.
