Finally hit the 11s
Well, finally got out the whipple again. Still on the stock clutch. Was a pretty good night out. Running MT ET streets. Had 3 runs:
1st - 11.94 @ 118.42 w/ 1.798 only had about 20 minute cool down
2nd - 12.426 @ 90.54 w/ 1.804
had about 1 hour cool down, was expecting a 119-120 trap, solid run until I hit 4th gear and completely blew through the clutch (I'm guessing)- rpms sky rocketed but no movement when I was completely in gear, so I let off the gas. Did not sound good!
3rd - 12.094 @ 117.48 w/ 1.826 decided not to do a big burn out to try and save some clutch. Only had about 30 minutes to cool down.
I can't wait to get back out with a better clutch and cooler weather and some more experience with the blower!

well I had a spec 2+ but that thing sucked to all hell. had it sent back to spec to see wtf was wrong with it, haven't heard back from them. Thats why I'm running a stock clutch for now. Thinking of getting the mcleod rst twin disk though
nice run. the new clutch will certainly be of help! I have a spec 3+ and it's been working great! i know there were issues with many of 2+'s but the 3+'s have been working very well for near everyone who has one
